My 3 month late-to-the-party Marzen. 5.4% ABV. I prefer ales for the shorter ferment, but a good lager is worth the wait. Very little hops to let Munich Light grain shine through. Prost!

Grapefruit IPA carbed up and delicious. Grapefruit flavor came through without being overly tart. Tropical notes from the hops throughout.

First kegging of the new year. Grapefruit IPA brewed with grapefruit peel and kegged with grapefruit juice. Dry hopped with Mosaic, Cascade, and Nugget hops to provide a citrusy tropical oasis in your mouth.
