Yesterday was a rough one but we pulled it off (as usual)! Kevin Mason, myself and our one superstar crew member Tuan perfectly executed the fashion show party. We started with tempura gem bean fries and Edamame hummus with crispy fried wonton chips. For dinner they enjoyed Ahi tuna poke, and crispy salmon poke, steak & shrimp skewers, teriyaki chicken skewers and veggie fried rice.
And Erin Boyle killed it for JBistro Style Chef Services at Katy Sip 'n Stroll. Serving up the famous spinach artichoke & bacon dip with Cumin Dusted Tortilla Chips.
