Houston, TX | Premier Video + Drone Content
My content sits between two worlds 🏢🚁
CRE media and drone standards/education
I create media for CRE, but I also teach strategy, standards, and ex*****on behind creating it well
Soo if you’re buying the media.. I’ll show you what ‘professional’ work should actually look like
If you’re creating the media.. I’ll show you how to reach that professional standard 🎬
You’ll see content around all things drones.. property marketing.. and the difference between simply covering an asset and actually communicating it
Believe it or not these two sides affect each other..
Better creators produce better media
Better-informed buyers expect better media
And when both sides raise their standards the entire industry moves forward 🚀
That’s what I’m building here
Raising the standard of commercial drone work for the people creating it AND the people buying it 😎🤝
There’s a difference between “I want another take” and
“I NEED another take” 😅🚁
Don’t just keep reseting until a shot works..
Figure out what keeps making you reset and fix that issue..
Intentional ex*****on > eventual success 🚀
If you can’t identify what feels off about your footage..
It’s pretty hard to know what you need to fix 🤷🏻♂️
The better you get at reviewing your own content, the more specific your practice can become..
Save this checklist and use it the next time you fly 🚀
Having more flight time and experience doesn’t always mean more skill 🤷🏻♂️
If you cant see what’s wrong with your footage..
You’re going to keep making the same mistakes..
Learn to identify the errors..
- crooked horizons
- visible corrections
- composition drift
- speed adjustments
Once you can name the problem..
Then you know what to actually work on🕹️
Smooth ≠ Controlled
A shot can be “smooth” and still look amateur..
Here are 3 things that usually give it away 🤷🏻♂️
1) Inconsistent Speed
The drone speeds up.. slows down.. then randomly changes pace for no reason
That usually means the pilot is reacting instead of controlling the shot
Pick a speed. Commit to it. If you can’t - go practice.
2) Composition Drift
The shot starts framed well, then the subject slowly moves out of place
The subject should stay where you want it from beginning to end
3) Visible Corrections
Tiny yaw fixes.. Random gimbal movement.. Reframing in the middle of the shot..
If I can see you fixing the shot while you’re flying it, I can also see that you didn’t have full control of it 🙅🏻♂️
Smooth is the baseline..
Control is the standard 🚀
Professional footage should be composed and intentional..
Not “I bet I could find 3 useable seconds out of that”
You can check every “professional” box and still deliver bad work 🤷🏻♂️
The client isn’t paying us to smile and shake hands..
They’re paying for the end product 🎬
Finding a few usable seconds in a clip doesn’t mean the shot was executed well 🚁
That’s a pretty low bar..
The goal should be to maintain control, composition, and clean movement throughout the shot.. not rely on the edit to hide everything that went wrong around it 🤷🏻♂️
The more we evaluate our work against a standard.. the easier it becomes to see the difference between “good enough” and professional ex*****on
Learn to see the difference. Then learn how to correct it.
The better you get at seeing the problem the better you get at fixing it 🚀
If you get paid to fly a drone, you hit a milestone..
That doesn’t mean you are a professional.. yet 🤷🏻♂️
Having a clear standard is how we are able to separate what professional work actually looks like..
Without it, “professional” is just a title
Our work should be able to prove it 🚀

Every FPV pilots camera roll? 😅
How to spot an inexperienced pilot..
Watch how the drone moves 🚁
Basic flying is commodity flying..
There is way too much of that in commercial real estate
It’s “good enough” and that is why your assets blend in with everything else
