❌ STOP THESE FITNESS MYTHS ❌
❌ Doing excess cardio will make me lose weight. Cardio is great, don’t get me wrong... but you do NOT need to do it for 1 hour daily to lose weight. Weight training and a caloric deficit also is a great way to lose weight.
❌ I need pre workout to have a good workout. Pre workout is a performance enhancing supplement(PEF) and is not REQUIRED. It is a helpful tool though if you feel like your training performance has been weak.
❌ I need to spend tons of hours at the gym to see results. A short workout can be just as effective.
❌ I can get abs with lots of crunches. Everyone has abs but in order for them to show, you need a lower % of body fat.
❌ Weight training will make me “bulky”.

Hi everyone! My name is Larissa and I am proud to announce I am the owner of ELEVUXX. I decided to pursue my passion in fitness and obtained my bachelors degree in Kinesiology which led me to become a Certified Personal Trainer.
