How Do I Know I Am Wearing The Wrong Bra Size?
Below are several telltale signs that can show you wearing the wrong bra.

The band is not secured well on the body and keeps moving around your ribcage; alternatively, you may experience pain around the ribcage if the band is too tight. You experience breast skin spillage on the sides of the cups. This happens if the cup size is small. Alternatively, if the cups are larger than the breasts, they'll have gaping spaces. Straps that are too tight and dig into your shoulder skin or so loose that they fall off.
For underwire bras, you may feel the underwire digging into the breast.
Wearing the wrong bra size for a long time may cause shoulder and back pain.
