One skillet Creamy sun-dried tomato Orzo and Blackened salmon/shrimp W/ honey spice glaze Brussel sprouts
**Only Ingredients NO Instructions**
Ingredients:
- Salmon
- jumboShrimp
- 2bags Orzo Rice
- sundries tomatoes
- Spinach
- vegan Butter( country crock)
- vegan parmesan cheese(follow your heart)
- cashew cream(heavy whipping cream):cashews /water salt lemon juice
- 2 shallots
- Garlic
- 2 bell peppers
- any Dry white wine( pinot Grigio)
- Brussel sprouts
- Broccolini
- olive oil
- blackened seasoning
- spices for rice mixture : salt, pepper, mr. Dash original salt free blend , red pepper flakes, oregano , rosemary, lemon pepper.
- spices for veggies: Liquid amino, mr. Dash original salt free blend, Red pepper flakes, use the leftover juices from cooking broccolini, add honey and sauté Brussel sprouts and allow glaze to thicken. Add more pepper flakes to garnish.

Blackened Sea bass
🔽Ingredients🔽
Blackened homemade Seasoning
- 2 tablespoon smoked paprika (or use regular paprika)
- 1 tablespoon chili powder OR cayenne powder (use more for a spicier blend)
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- ½ teaspoon dried basil
- ½ teaspoon dried oregano
- ½ teaspoon dried thyme
(Combined all the seasoning in bowl)
🔽Instructions🔽
- Pat down sea bass fillets with paper towels until dry.
- Coat seasoning on all 4 sides of fish
- Add oil to cover the bottom of hot skillet.
- Add fish and cook 5-6 mins on each side and 2-3 mins on the 4 corners( I had THICK fillets) so if you have then/ small sea bass please cut the time in half.
- Continue to turn fish on all side to ensure it’s cooked through.
- Stick a knife in thicker part of fish and place in on back of hand and that will let you know if it’s cook in the inside. If the knife is cool against the skin continue to cook it. If it’s hot then it’s cooked through and your are done.
- once i cooked sea bass on all sides i let it finish in oven for 6-8 mins.(optional) you can continue to cook it on stove.
- Plate with your desired sides!!!
