Florida’s counties face different challenges, but they share a commitment to the people and communities they serve.
Keith DeLuca, DCCM’s Transportation Business Line Leader, joined county leaders at the Florida Association of Counties Innovation & Policy Conference in Jacksonville on September 16 and 17. He had the chance to connect with commissioners from across the state and hear their perspectives on growth, planning, and the decisions ahead for their communities.
We’re grateful for these conversations and for the opportunity to support communities throughout Florida.

A clubhouse can be much more than an amenity. It can become the place where a community comes together.
In Greenwood, Indiana, DCCM partnered with Pulte Del Webb to design the 15,000-square-foot Sagebriar Clubhouse for an active adult community. Fitness and aquatics spaces, recreation, dining, events, and flexible gathering areas come together in one resort-inspired destination built around connection and year-round activity.
We’re proud to help create spaces designed not just for how people live, but for how they spend time together.
