Exciting progress at 1131 E 7 1/2 St. The front door is hung, stained glass window installed and the study pocket doors are installed.

We completed our most recent new construction project. Congratulations to the new homeowners. We have already started on drawings for our next new home in the Heights.

The stained glass window is installed at 1115 Omar (Study). It looks fantastic.

The newel posts are almost finished at 1115 Omar. The photos do not reflect how great they look in person. They will get covered today so we can start priming the woodwork. We also completed the tile surround around the fireplace. Stay tuned!

Outside painting at 1115 Omar is almost complete. While we wait for drywall mud to dry inside, cabinets are being built offsite and will be installed shortly.
