We are hiring! Looking for motivated reliable individual who has reliable transportation and above all else integrity. Must be willing to learn while be both respectful to the customer needs as well as the ethics and morales of the company. Weekly pay with incentives.

Entry Level Position
- Base Level Construction Knowledge
- Eagerness to learn commercial and residential HAVC /Refrigeration
- Understanding of basic mechanic functions
- Eagerness to learn how to weld to include exotic metals
- Eagerness to learn and understand commercial plans and trades
-Eagerness to learn basic plumbing/pipe fitting knowledge.

Looking for a reliable self-driven individual who looks to be part of something from the ground up. Individual must be capable of putting forth the effort and work necessary to understand modern VRF refrigeration systems, hydronic piping systems and new commercial HVAC in general. Edge Trade Construction will offer exceptional pay and incentive bonuses for projects completed efficiently. There is no salary cap and and individual can be paid daily.

Line of work will include the training and assisted installation from company owners so that individual can understand what it takes to compete in the evolving Commercial HVAC world.

Edge Trade Construction to include training in the following but not limited to:
-blue print reading and understanding
-project specifications reading and understanding
-material take-off and ordering
-equipment and piping layout per plans or best determined routes
-the prep and ex*****on of soldering and brazing copper
-the prep and ex*****on of cutting and stick-welding carbon steel weld-pipe systems
-the understanding and installation of low-voltage control systems for VRF of building automation systems
-the understanding and diagnosis of residential and commercial refrigeration systems
