📏✨ Let’s Talk About Measuring Your Faja ✨📏

One of the biggest mistakes I see after surgery is wearing the wrong size faja. Too big and you’re not getting enough compression. Too small and you can create unnecessary discomfort, skin irritation, fluid buildup, and uneven swelling.

Your faja size should be based on your CURRENT measurements—not the size you hope to be in a few weeks. Recovery is a process, and your body changes as swelling goes down.

✅ Measure your waist
✅ Measure your hips
✅ Measure consistently
✅ Reassess as your swelling decreases

Remember, smaller is not always better! The goal is proper compression, not cutting off circulation or making it impossible to breathe.

A properly fitted faja can help support your recovery, reduce swelling, and help you achieve a smoother result. If you’re unsure about your size, don’t guess—get measured!
