During this Black History Month, we pause with heavy hearts as we remember and honor the life and legacy of Reverend Jesse Jackson.
Rev. Jesse Jackson was a civil rights leader, Baptist minister, and founder of the Rainbow PUSH Coalition. He worked alongside Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. and dedicated his life to fighting for voting rights, economic justice, and equality for marginalized communities. His decades of advocacy helped shape conversations around civil rights and social change in America.
We are saddened by his passing, yet grateful for the doors he helped open and the courage he displayed throughout his life.
As we reflect this month, we honor those who paved the way and recommit ourselves to faith, justice, and service in our own community.
May his legacy continue to inspire generations to come.
