Goodluck to HTX South Wildcatters 14u Major Cummings as we compete against some of the best of the best this weekend. We’ve never ran from no body, and never will. Our kids are battle tested.

Our little guys did great today!!

Did our 10U win both games? No — we went 1–1. But we competed hard and had an absolute blast playing together for the first time.

Out of all the great things that happened today, this is what I’m most proud of. When we went to stretch, I looked up and saw that the players—on their own—had lined up their gloves Properly . A few weeks ago, we talked about taking pride in our equipment.

We also learned an important lesson about respect. Since we had the last games of the day, the dugout was pretty filthy. We made sure to clean it up because we always leave it better than we found it.

These guys done even know the culture they are building and the standard they are setting!! This year is gonna be a blast!!

These guys put in a long 11-hour day at the yard and came out on top! They found a way to win three one-run games this weekend against some of Houston’s top organizations, finishing 4–1. Proud of you boys! There’s still plenty of work to do and tons of potential left on the table. Let’s keep grinding!
