If you’re ever wondering that due to your credit, background, or credit you will never be able to get your own place? 🙇♀️
I’m here to tell you that there’s definitely solutions to these obstacles.
▪️Credit: I know someone that can help.
▪️Background: Get in contact with your old property and work out a way to pay off your remaining balance.
▪️Criminal: There’s second chance properties out there, I can connect you to someone who specializes in it.

When looking for your apartment it is important to distinguish what you can afford vs what you qualify for. You might say you can afford a $1200 apartment with a monthly income of $2500. Unfortunately, that’s not the case.
Apartments go based off of certain criteria, you must make 3x the rent in order to qualify for your $1200 apartment, meaning your monthly income must reflect minimum $3600 before taxes.
Some may even ask for 3.5x or 2.5x, whatever the case may be.
Never go off of what you think you can afford, always go off of what your income reflects.
You may want to consider getting a co-signer if your income isn’t enough, but understand your co-signer needs to make 5x the rent, that’s $6000 a month for your $1200 apartment.
If finding a co-signer or qualifying on your own is an issue, don’t worry, as your apartment locator I have resources that may help you get what you want. It is going to cost some fees but it will help you lock in your very own apartment. 😇
