Landscaping and Mulch

Looking to hire office/secratary person for Houston office. Would like to have someone with some knowledge of construction but not completely necessary.

Duties will include:

Payroll
Logging job costs
Ordering materials
Tracking orders
Job scheduling
Etc.

Our office is being built right now and won’t be completed until Jan 1. So you would be working from home or from one of our other buildings, but most likely from home. Thanks!

HIRING!!

I’m looking to hire on 3 more individuals.
We currently have work 4 yrs out at a minimum. We do jobs from Texas to the entire north east, so travel is required.

What we do:

Commercial Construction -Our main work consists of ground up construction and complete remodels of 12,000 sqft childcare buildings called The Learning Experience.

Residential Construction -This year we also started building single family residential. Our residential work will continue for the next 2 yrs but not something I plan on doing a lot of.

Maintenance- Once our buildings are completed, I’m then contracted to fully maintain the properties. That means we do the landscaping, plumbing, painting , electrical and HVAC etc.

Millwork Installs- We install cabinets and furniture nationwide for The Learning experience. I’m looking for 2 guys that can handle this account full time.

Playgrounds- We build playgrounds on all our projects and also on other contractors projects nationwide also. The jobs are 💯 turnkey, from the dirt work to the artificial turf.

Applicant Qualifications:

1. Drivers license
2. Must be able to run skid steer and excavator. Or have the ability to learn
3. Ok with traveling
4. Background in construction or quick learner.
5. Drug free…I don’t deal with dope heads!
6. Willingness to work hard and show up

Salary DOE: $22-$30+

We’re located in Houston Texas, but we work nationwide so you don’t need to specifically live here. I can also help the right person relocate to Texas ( you won’t be disappointed lol).
