This is a cedar plank fence I built this past fall. Came out fantastic! Had to do a ton of tree and shrub removal, though. It was tough to do solo, but the result speaks for itself.

Forgot to take final pictures, but here’s how the patch looked.

I’ve done lots of assembling jobs recently. Hung a couple tvs, also. Met lots of really nice people, too!

I’m an experienced handyman and believe in doing things the right way for a fair price. I’ve had a career in another field, but I grew up helping with, and now have done myself, home repairs, maintenance, and some construction. I have built or assembled all kinds of residential furniture, playground equipment, and sheds or small structures. (I’m that person that the rest of the family/friends call to repair or assemble something and I enjoy it.). I will give you a fair price and work hard to earn it.

I will also help you learn how to do these projects for yourself if you’re interested. I’ll discount my fee if you need competent help and/or guidance on a project, but don’t know who else to contact.

Most projects/jobs can be estimated with a few texts describing the issue and/or pictures. Please feel free to text anytime and I will get back to you as soon as possible. Same for phone calls, but I’m not as quick to respond generally.

Some average prices:

Assembly of small to medium furniture items is typically a flat fee of $50. More complex and larger items will use average known assembly times for pricing at $50 per hour with a $75 minimum.

Ceiling fan installation, light fixture installation or replacement, and faucet replacement will be a $100 minimum (and generally the total cost).

Doors, windows, minor plumbing repairs, garage door servicing, and almost any other household repairs can be taken care of quickly and correctly.
