Founder Highlight: .kebfit

My name is Anely and I cofounded this company June 15th, 2020 because my fitness journey completely changed my life. I gained the confidence needed to free myself from my life circumstances and want to empower others to do the same.

I originally came to the U.S. at 14 years old. I did not know English, and eventually dropping out of high school to get married at 16. It was a rough stretch of life being married that young and strained relationships with everyone. I felt helpless and trapped.

But, I got motivation to at least gain control of my health from influencers I found. I started with home workouts, and as crazy as it sounds I felt more powerful. It gave me the push to learn English and then get my GED. Then I got a job, and started saving my money and bought my first at home workout equipment.

Fast forward a few years of studying and learning in my time off of work, and I got an opportunity to start this company to help others do the same.

Fitness really changed my life and me as a person. I am incredibly blessed to be able to help others. I never imagined as a young girl in poverty in Mexico I’d have a platform like this. I love to be able to show my two daughters what is possible to accomplish as a Latina woman in this world.

Thank you for being here and believing in this project. I love you. And we are working around the clock to make this the best fitness company.
