Throwback from last summer—this one went viral on TikTok last summer and for good reason—This is a super fun way to serve up your happy hour cocktails—if you’re of age of course 😘 Oh—you can totally make this without the alcohol. Happy Friday! • • ½ mini watermelon, flesh carved out and puréed *remove all flesh to allow it to stick better. Juice of 2 large or 3 small limes ⅔ cup tequila of your choice 3 Tbsp (30 g) unflavored gelatin 50 ml water **Optional: recommended for sweetness to add ¼-½ cup of granulated sweetener of your choice before heating the juice **for *true* margarita flavor add a couple shots of triple sec • • 1️⃣Mix the gelatin and water and set aside. 2️⃣Strain the pulp from the watermelon purée. Add the lime juice and bring to a boil. Remove from the heat. Let the temp come down. 3️⃣Add tequila and gelatin mix and mix until well combined. 4️⃣pat rind dry.
