This role is ideal for a motivated professional with a background in staffing, recruiting, or client-facing operations who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about connecting people with opportunities.

Key responsibilities include:
• Managing full-cycle recruiting and onboarding
• Supporting and monitoring temporary associates
• Filling client job orders efficiently and accurately
• Maintaining ATS records and tracking KPIs

Qualified candidates should have strong communication skills, reliable transportation, and be bilingual in English and Spanish.
