What was once a longtime eyesore shopping center has been transformed into a vibrant neighborhood cultural hub, creating new space for gathering, programming, and opportunity. Projects like this remind us why thoughtful redevelopment matters. It is rewarding to help shape spaces that strengthen the communities they serve.

Collaborative Engineering Group provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection engineering services for this redevelopment. We’re grateful to work alongside partners who are committed to meaningful impact.
