What was once a longtime eyesore shopping center has been transformed into a vibrant neighborhood cultural hub, creating new space for gathering, programming, and opportunity. Projects like this remind us why thoughtful redevelopment matters. It is rewarding to help shape spaces that strengthen the communities they serve.

Collaborative Engineering Group provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection engineering services for this redevelopment. We’re grateful to work alongside partners who are committed to meaningful impact.

We had a great day in College Station at the Texas A&M Architectural Engineering Career Fair! It was a wonderful opportunity to connect with bright, talented students and share more about what we do at Collaborative Engineering Group. We enjoyed hearing about their goals and are excited about the future of the industry with such passionate young professionals on the rise.

We were proud to sponsor Ziegler Cooper in the 2025 AIA Sandcastle Competition! It was a fantastic opportunity to showcase creativity, teamwork, and community spirit. We enjoyed seeing the amazing designs and being part of such an inspiring event. Here’s to building something unforgettable!
