Fun and quirky attempt to Style Shaam Savera (signature dish of chef ) translating to Dusk & Dawn, signifying contrast of light and dark color..
Spinach Kofta stuffed with paneer looks beautiful on rich gravy.. creating a great visual with its wonderful colors, textures, and flavors !!

Caramelized Clarified Butter (Ghar ka bana shudh Desi Ghee)..

Continue to cook ghee for little longer until milk solids start to burn a little and color turn into reddish-brown for slightly toasted nutty caramelized flavor to use in cookies or baked goods..

To style a simple object (Ghee, that has no texture or drama of its own) .. leaning spoon on the side creates a silhouette and adding the drama in back with soft bokeh some led lights .. simple home props saves the day again !!

For Styling, we Indians are blessed with such variety of spices .. amazing flavors, colors and beautiful textures.. when in doubt of for props.. take out your Indian Spice box (which is a staple in Indian household ☺️.. uske bina toh cooking ho hi nai sakti 😉) and give it a try..

When Styling for food photography, always look through the eyes of camera.. it gives better direction of composition, texture and color..
