Somewhere along the way, many of us started asking what a space could give us before asking what we could give back to it.

What class will I take?
Who will be there?
What opportunities will come from this?

While those questions aren’t wrong, I wonder if we’ve forgotten one of the most important questions:

How will my presence make this community stronger?

Community isn’t built by talent alone. It’s built by encouragement. By kindness. By showing up with an open heart. By celebrating someone else’s win as loudly as your own. By creating spaces where people feel seen, valued, and inspired to keep going.

At HTX Connect, we believe the future of dance depends on more than great dancers. It depends on great people.

So we’ll ask the question:

How will you contribute to our community?
👇 We’d love to hear your answer.
