"I nominate Kateryna for the 'Going the Extra Mile award.' In a role that is still new to her, she has constantly been assigned and welcomed (and even asked for) many new tasks and increased work hours. She has dug in to learn every new assignment (invoicing, social media, etc) with a passion for understanding them and ensuring she completes every task fully, on time, and in the best way. She is hard on herself if she makes any mistake while learning (and has been reminded that this is part of the process!).

"Kateryna is also a wonderful member of our Applichat team. She enthusiastically participates actively in our group meetings, and responds to almost every Slack and WhatsApp group message with a supportive comment or cute 'reaction.' Applichat is lucky to have her on board!"
