The Tuesday Run Down......

We run Rain or shine... Hopefully the rain clears out between 2pm and 3pm today.

Today we have the woods project, a run for a reason charity, to promote their organization.

The group run leaves at 630pm.

Stay for a bit after to watch the Astros and the World Cup! Its been an adventure so far!

Feeling brainy? Stay after and join a trivia team @ 8pm hosted by ! Our teams are often quite competitive! Play a few rounds or stay for the whole thing!

Looking for a race to train for? Join us for our social runs or for our training group runs. Fall Racing is just around the corner. Also follow our Heylo for race discounts and other running news.

Distance: 3 or 5 miles.
