DIESEL MECHANIC TECHNICIAN

DieselLife Fleet Services, an innovating and growing diesel repair shop is looking to fill the position of DIESEL MECHANIC TECHNICIAN.

Job Description:
* Make various adjustments, alignments and repairs to correct diesel engine deficiencies.
* Conduct inspections, test drive and diagnostic testing with computer to
determine condition of the vehicle.
* Record services and repairs to maintain accurate vehicle records.
* Perform and complete preventive maintenance, install part upgrades to keep vehicles available and running.
* Follow operating instructions & troubleshoot breakdowns.
* Maintain supplies and notify management for repairs needed to keep shop equipment operational.
* Place orders to keep stock of inventory supplies available.
* Knowledge of diagnostic computers.
* Collaborate with coworkers to get repairs done in a timely manner
* Available for Mobile Repairs

Job Type:
Full-time

Pay:
$18.00 - $35.00 per hour (based on experience)

Benefits:
• PTO

Schedule:
• 8+ hour shifts
• Day shift
• Overtime
• Weekends as needed

In person / Mobile

SERVICE DESK ADVISOR POSITION SUMMARY:
Hit the ground running with a good level of initiative, common sense, positive attitude, and the ability to work under pressure.
• CUSTOMER SERVICE
*Open and run service desk on daily basis
*Answer Phones
*Take messages
*Greet customers
*Point of sale transactions

• WORK ORDERS
*Daily intake of work order
*Manage work orders
*Track ongoing work & maintain client contact

• INVENTORY
*Order parts (vendor relationship and research)
*Manage Shipping & Receiving

• DATA ENTRY
*Invoicing
*Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Based on experience/qualifications
Schedule: M-F 8am-5pm
Benefits: Paid holidays / Paid PTO
