Yoga with Indigo Roots is back, all from the comfort of your own home.
Starting October 1st, I will be offering 4 classes per week
Monday: Rest and Restore 7pm
Tuesday: Wake up Yoga 7am
Wednesday: Kundalini 7pm
Thursday: Chair yoga 7am
These classes will be available via Zoom only
Self Investment $5 per class

Join Indigo Roots (212 e court st) on Saturday July 26th at 1pm for a Free Shop just in time for back to school
We will have clothes, books, puzzles and toys
Everything is free, we will have plenty of bags for you to load up on anything you want
We look forward to seeing you Saturday

Our Summer schedule starts tomorrow June 1st
There are a few changes to the schedule.
Monday and Wednesday mornings will now be at 10am with Misty.
Monday evening class will now be at 7pm
Wake up yoga on Tuesday Thursday and Friday mornings at 630am will be by zoom only for now (feel free to do yoga in your pajamas with your favorite cup of coffee)
Tuesday and Thursday evening classes at 8pm will be in studio, ideally in a heated room as long as the weather cooperates

Vinyasa flow this morning at 930am will be by zoom only.
