IronVault Performance is excited to announce that we will be hosting an Athlete Showcase & Combine for middle school and high school boys and girls.

📅 Save the Date: Saturday, July 18th
Location: Miami Trace High school (Tony's Welding and Fabrication Stadium)

This event is designed to give athletes an opportunity to showcase their athletic abilities while collecting performance data that can help with future recruiting opportunities.

✅ College coaches have been invited to attend
✅ Performance data will be collected and sent to college coaches for recruiting purposes
✅ Open to middle school and high school athletes of all sports

This is a great opportunity for athletes to get evaluated, compete, and gain exposure.

Morning routine

I first tried the morning routine class because it was something different and way out of my comfort zone. I was very hesitant about showing up since I was not sure what I was getting myself into. Thankfully I did go because Zach is an amazing person and trainer and helped me get through the unknowns of the first few sessions. I continue to go to the class 6 days a week. As a father and a family of 5 I feel like we are constantly busy and on the run due to sports. This class gives me an hour just to myself to relax and reflect on myself and life. Since going to this class it has helped me be a better man, spouse and father. I have found it helps me get through difficult or stressful situations easier. I was always someone with a short fuse and on edge a lot. I don’t see that much anymore. I’m able to ground myself and get through the situation.
My wife Haley has even seen a difference. We were at a school event a few weeks ago and we seen Zach there. Haley told Zach “I don’t know what you’re doing to Nick but keep doing it, I love it”

Hyrox is moved to 10am Monday 5/25/26.

Morning routine will continue as normal at 5am.

All other classes will be canceled and normal operations will resume tuesday 5/26/26. Enjoy your holiday and be safe.
