What a great Sunday at Hope Community!

This week in our Walking with Jesus series, we learned that following Jesus means trusting Him—even when we don’t understand what He’s doing. Just like Peter stepping out of the boat, Jesus is calling us to keep our eyes on Him instead of the wind and waves around us. 🌊

AT THE TABLE — ONE FINAL MEAL

This Sunday, we finished our At the Table series by looking ahead to the greatest table we will ever gather around—the Marriage Supper of the Lamb.

Throughout this series, we’ve watched Jesus meet people at tables. We’ve seen Him welcome the overlooked, restore the broken, feed the hungry, forgive the sinner, and remind us that there is always room at His table.

But the final table points us toward something even greater.

📖 “Blessed are those who are invited to the marriage supper of the Lamb.” — Revelation 19:9

One day, faith will become sight. The waiting will be over. Death will be gone. There will be no more mourning, no more crying, and no more pain. There is coming a day when all the sad things will finally become untrue.

Until then, we live with hopeful anticipation. We keep loving. We keep serving. We keep setting places at the table. And we keep inviting others to know the Jesus who has promised to make all things new.

What a beautiful way to finish At the Table. ❤️The table we gather around today is only a glimpse of the feast that is coming.

This Sunday we conclude our "At the Table" series with one final meal—the Marriage Supper of the Lamb. Together we'll discover how every table in Scripture has been pointing to this incredible moment and the hope we have in Christ: the day when every sad thing becomes untrue and Jesus makes all things new.

What a beautiful Sunday at the table.

This week we were reminded that Jesus is the God of second chances. Around a simple breakfast on the shore, Jesus met Peter—not with condemnation, but with grace, restoration, and a renewed purpose.

The same Jesus who restored Peter is still restoring lives today. No failure is too great, no past is too broken, and no one is beyond His love.

We are grateful to gather around God's Word, worship together, and be reminded that His grace is always greater than our mistakes.

Today was a beautiful reminder that the Church is at its best when it serves. ❤️

A huge thank you to every volunteer who gave their time, energy, and love at the Back to School Outreach and to those who spent the afternoon serving and encouraging the residents at Heritage Manor through Hope for the Elderly. Because of you, families were blessed, smiles were shared, and the love of Jesus was made visible in our community.

Now let's gather again tomorrow! Join us at Hope Community as we continue our At the Table series. Come worship with us, be encouraged by God's Word, and discover that there's always a place for you at His table. We can't wait to see you!
