I keep seeing everyone posting they are gaining during this quarantine. I am still loosing (slowly) but loosing. Let me know who would be interested in a weight loss challenge or maybe even doing an online fit camp. Let's stay healthy together

FREE Fit Camp Tonight 6:00 @ St. Bernadette walking track. It is a hot one today so make sure to bring plenty of hydration, a towel or yoga mat if you have one and a great attitude to get in an awesome workout with some even more awesome people. We may even have a guest coach tonight.
