Almost all of Hot Springs National Park will be open for visitors following the government shutdown. Some portions of the National Park will not be open for visitors, but large portions of the park will be hosting visitors as usual. CSO's LIHEAP office is accepting applications from Entergy, Summit, AmeriGas & Ferrellgas customers.

• Regular Assistance: Apply by March 31st.
• Crisis Assistance: Apply by April 30th.
