And providing programming to increase the social well-being of the citizens of Horton, Kansas, for almost 100 years. We also have a business center, entertainment connections, a meeting room, and we help bridge the digital gap. We provide 24-hour Internet service with WIFI & several public use

Join us for Experience Dyslexia® – A Simulation, an eye-opening event designed for parents, teachers, administrators, grandparents, and anyone who wants understand the frustrations that children with learning differences experience in the classroom every minute of every day.
Through six guided simulations led by a trained literacy specialist, you'll gain firsthand insight into the daily challenges faced by students with dyslexia, ADHD, and dysgraphia—and leave with greater empathy and understanding.
