Our hearts are hurting with what is going on in our city. Anger, pain, confusion are all normal feelings at a time like this. At Planet Spirit we always try our best to keep our chins held high, but sometimes it is ok to not be ok.
We will continue to provide a safe space and family for ANYONE who needs it. ALL are welcome in our home and we stand firm by that. Our diversity is what makes us STRONGER.
When you come into the gym next week we will have two cutouts for you! One will be a handprint cutout for you to write down one thing that makes you different or unique from others. The other will be a heart for you to write something about yourself that is the same as others in our family!
Parents are welcome and encouraged to fill these out too! Just stop in when you drop your child off to fill yours out! ❤️ We will display these in the gym, so we would love to have as many family members as possible!
We love each of you so much and remember that no one is in this alone.
