Really exciting to see many of the Upendo kids passionate about creating art, fashion, music, dance and so much more! Thank you to Recreation Factory School of ARTS for visiting Upendo and helping to plant hopes and dreams into these amazing children!

About 4 years ago Ingosi took me to the hospital to visit an abandoned baby boy. The hospital asked her to take the baby home and care for him. She said “Yes” and Silas has been a part of Upendo ever since. Look at him now!

Emmanuel at Upendo likes to make funny faces, but I think he has met his match! These children are full of life and joy…all because of what Jesus does through Evelyn Ingosi.

She works tirelessly day and night. She sacrifices over and over again. What would motivate a woman to take in over 60 vulnerable children and make them her own? Only one thing…LOVE! Upendo means “Love” in Swahili and this is MAMA Upendo! We are humbled and honored to partner with this incredible woman! We love you, Evelyn Ingosi!
