Mental Health Awareness Month is almost over, but caring for ourselves and each other is important all year long. 💚

At ResourceWest, we know that stress, financial hardship, caregiving responsibilities, and life changes can take a real toll on mental health. We also know that support, connection, and community matter.

The event is free, family-friendly, and open to everyone. Plus, community garden spots are still available for anyone interested in growing their own vegetables this season.

SpringFest staff and volunteers got together this week to relax and celebrate a successful event! 💙

When you shop at Driskill's Downtown Market in May, you can round up your purchase at the register and support ResourceWest!

Throughout the month, Driskill's Round Up will support local families through ResourceWest programs.

SpringFest was almost two weeks ago, and the night was full of community.

There were almost 200 individuals who joined us on May 1st to hear Sara Wilhem Garbers, a community leader, and Anab Omar, our case manager, share important aspects of the work we do.

Their stories and words had an incredible impact on everyone in the room. We are proud to share that we raised just over $87,000! These funds will directly impact our community and allow us to continue providing resources to our neighbors.

We are so grateful for everyone who contributed to the success of SpringFest: our attendees, sponsors, our staff and volunteers, and everyone who participated in the online auction.

We’re incredibly grateful to Sara for sharing her story at SpringFest and for the care she brings to our community every day.

One of the most meaningful parts of the evening was seeing so many people from across our community come together around a shared belief: that families and students deserve support, stability, and opportunities to thrive.

We are grateful for our partners, including Hopkins Public Schools, Minnetonka Schools, the City of Hopkins, the City of Minnetonka, community organizations, faith-based organizations, and our event sponsors. We also appreciate every community member, volunteer, donor, and advocate who continues to support one another. This collective care is what makes our work possible. 💙
