🌻🌞 The Summer Solstice is this Sunday, marking the official start of summer and the longest day of the year! To celebrate, join us next Friday, June 26th from 5:30–6:30 pm for Sip n' Stretch Yoga.

Led by local studio RedTail Power Yoga, this all-levels class will take place on the porch at Treasury Cider Bar, offering a chance to move your body, stretch out after a busy week, and enjoy the beauty of the farm in late June.
Your ticket includes a glass of Treasury Cider (or a non-alcoholic beverage) to enjoy after class. Whether you're a regular yogi or trying it for the first time, all are welcome.

We're gearing up for Open Mic & Food Truck Night on Friday, June 19th! Come cheer on local performers (or take the mic yourself), grab dinner from the From the Ground Up Food truck and a cider from the bar, and enjoy a laid-back evening on the farm. We've refreshed the concept with a brand new name (which will be revealed very soon), a streamlined menu, and changes behind the scenes designed to improve the overall experience. Don't worry, you'll still find farm favorites like jerk chicken, apple cider slushies, seasonal grain bowls, and more.

It is also today - the perfect occasion to mark your calendars for our Revolutionary Cider Celebration on June 27 at Fishkill Farms in Hopewell Junction! It will be a day filled with Revolutionary War and Colonial-era history, farm experiences, and, of course, apple cider; here's what to expect:

• Orchard Talk Wagon Rides with Josh Morgenthau, Owner and Operator of Fishkill Farms. (11 a.m., 1 p.m., 3 p.m.)

• A Colonial-era Food and Beverage Talk with Sara Evenson, a food historian who studies the cultural creation of kitchen spaces in New York's 18th century. (12 p.m., 4 p.m.)

• Tales of Revolutionary Dutchess County told by Jonathan the Storyteller - Hudson Valley's Jonathan Kruk , the Hudson Valley's master storyteller. From a lively "Yankee Doodle" to the rousing British march "Gary Owen," Steve will provide a medley of traditional music from Revolutionary times. (2 p.m.)

🍓 It’s tiiiimeeeeee! 🍓

Organic strawberries are ripe for the picking at Fishkill Farms and the 2026 pick-your-own season starts on Tuesday, June 2nd! These sun ripened berries are juicy, incredibly sweet and await your harvest.

🎟 Reservations are required for Pick-Your-Own and can be made through the Pick-Your-Own page on our website. Reservations help us ensure that there’s enough fruit and parking available for all PYO guests.

🗓 As of June 1st, only reservations for June 2nd and 3rd are posted. We will add reservations for future dates as we get a little closer. Summer fruits, especially berries, are very sensitive to weather so we do not post reservations very far in advance–usually no more than 3 days ahead of time unless we are very confident in our supply. Reservations for weekends are typically posted by the Thursday evening before.

🍓Strawberry season typically lasts through the third weekend in June, but picking conditions are excellent right now. If you can make it for a midweek harvest, this is a great time to visit.

🛒Our pre-picked organic strawberries are available in our farm store while supplies last.
