I have been trying to place an order for a few months. NO matter what I do it does not work, something is always wrong. I am frustrated. I left a message on your machine. I prefer to place my order over the phone at this point.

DISAPPOINTING CUSTOMER SERVICE. I've been a customer for several years with no issues and have really LOVED this brand... Check out an old blog post I wrote on my blog to see - https://heartthejourney.blogspot.com/2014/04/review-signature-minerals.html?m=1! HOWEVER... I placed an order in December for the Soft Sun Corrector refill bag and it's MUCH lighter (basically white) than what I currently have and have been using for years. I have tried to contact SM via email and phone with no luck and am quite frustrated with the lack of response... Let alone a product I cannot use and a waste of $12. 😥 This is my last ditch effort and am hoping they see this. My order # is 23829, please please please contact me!

Getting Real!! Merry Christmas to all!! Looking back on almost 2 treacherous years, it is hard to believe it is almost 2022! It has been a while ... I believe we can all agree that 2020 was the epitome of disgusting, right? !! For us it was triple BAD. In the last several months: We almost lost our 7 year old little girl to meningitis. Shortly thereafter, IN THE COVID REGIME, we Buried my Daddy, a few weeks later Buried my Mother. Then Buried my Godfather and most recently Buried my Godmother. It has really been SO BAD... SO SAD and SO INSANE. Through all this, YES WE ARE STILL HERE! We will always be here. Don't doubt us, and PLEASE DON'T GIVE UP ON US ... WE NEVER GIVE UP!! We do not ask for your pity, but we hope for your understanding and patience. Thank you so much. God is Ultimately Good.

Discounts will be given!! SITE UPDATE - During the update unforeseeable issues occurred. We are working round the clock to basically rebuild the entire site.
