Happy Pride Month from all of us at Ember Embodied Wellness! 🌈

This month, we celebrate the resilience, joy, diversity, and authenticity of q***r and trans community. Pride is both a celebration and a reminder of the importance of creating spaces where people can show up as their full selves and feel seen, supported, and valued.

At Ember, we believe that everyone deserves affirming care and a place where their identity is respected and honored. We are grateful to be part of such a vibrant and caring community.

We're especially excited to be participating in PrideFest this year and look forward to connecting with so many wonderful people. If you'll be there, come say hello! We'd love to meet you!

✨ Therapist Spotlight: Luke Herald ✨

Luke is an ALC (under the supervision of Ashley Davis, LPC-S) who brings curiosity, compassion, and collaboration into every session. Luke believes therapy works best as a team effort, where you are the expert on your own life and your voice truly matters.

When he’s not in the therapy room, you might find him playing D&D, fire eating (yes, really 🔥), or spending time outdoors.

If you’re looking for a therapist who will meet you with openness, respect, and genuine curiosity, Luke would love to connect.

✨ Interest Check: Therapeutic D&D Group ✨

What if healing could look like storytelling, connection, and a little bit of magic?

We’re exploring interest in a therapeutic tabletop role-playing group (think Dungeons & Dragons, but with intention and support). This group would be a space to build skills, explore identity, and connect with others in a creative, collaborative environment.

This group may be a good fit if you’re wanting support with:
🖤 Anxiety or social anxiety
🖤 Depression and self-worth
🖤 Identity development and exploration
🖤 Trauma and PTSD

This will be an LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent affirming space.

The group will be facilitated by Luke Herald, ALC (under supervision of Ashley Davis, LPC-S).

📍 Details like start date, format (virtual or in-person), and schedule are still being finalized—we’re currently gauging interest!

If this sounds like something you’d be interested in (or you just want to learn more), email us at [email protected].

Feel free to share with someone who might love this kind of space 💫
