Investigative Tracking System

Investigative Tracking System is a turnkey system with no set-up requirements other than internet access and is made up of 4 components:

Asset Forfeiture-provides “seizure to sale” processing of items seized under federal forfeiture laws. Grants -Includes all available components plus reporting required for HIDTA and BYRNE/JAG grants

Investigative Tracking-reports specifically needed for a criminal investigation agency such as drugs purchased/seized, informants developed, narcotic related arrests and expenses such as informant payments and money used to purchase illegal drugs
Administrative-Management tool that provides reporting tools for inventory and on personnel information such as; issued equipment, training, weapons issued

This system is designed to be used at multiple levels such as state, division and worksite but is flexible enough to be used for one agency. The user-friendly data entry screens with drop down options ensure consistent reporting allowing users to quickly compile complaint information, activity, arrest statistics, as well as forfeiture data generated. In addition, the ITS allows authorized users to quickly add grant information for fast, easy and accurate quarterly reporting. Presently, the ITS supports the High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area (HIDTA) and Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance (Byrne/JAG).
