Happy Friday everyone! I have locally grown sunflower bunches for sale. $15 a bunch. Will deliver for an additional fee depending on distance. PM if interested.

After a year hiatus Nilo is back for the 2024 season! We will primarily be offering sunflowers bunches on a weekly basis and be at the Roy Farmers Market with other goodies!

We will also have about a 1/2 acre of sunflowers and wildflowers for photographers 📸 (if everything goes according to plan 😉)

To everyone who bought flowers, shared my posts, etc.

When I began this flower adventure I had no idea how it was going to go. It was challenging but I loved it. I have learned so much this first year and I am so excited to expand next year.

I never thought much about marigolds before starting this flower farm. All I knew was that they are good keeping pests away and that they have a strong scent.

But I fell in love with them this year.

My small patch is bursting with more blooms than I can keep up with. They have lasted an incredibly long time in vases and the strong scent comes from their leaves not the flower itself. They were easy to start from seed and have done well directly sown. They are at the end of my row and with my current watering method probably doesn't get the amount of water they need and they still look this amazing.

I will definitely be growing more next year and adding them to my landscaping.
