And a few minutes later some dolphins swam by!

Open your senses… there is beauty all around…
In the power of the ocean…
A drop of dew on a blade of grass…
A single ray of sunshine…

Went to Texas last week…
On deck with a really nice team for ten hours…
Reminded me why I love swimming so much…
The truth is:
You don’t need to be able to explain what you feel.
You don’t need to show all of your business.
Just be consistent.
Keep working hard and chasing those dreams…
