Hey kids! Just a quick announcement that I can now be found at Aloha Tattoo Waikīkī in the beautiful Hilton Hawaiian Village ~ Diamond Tower (Across the street from and affiliated with Wailana Tattoo)
Same schedule, every night from 5 till close except Tuesday and Wednesday. So come through, check out the shop, get tattooed and walk on the beach…or don’t. (But seriously, the beach is right out back of the shop)

An angry Tiki I made just before I had to quarantine (see previous post). Well the time in which I am unleashed unto the world again is a few days away and I will be resuming my regular schedule at Wailana Tattoo starting next week. In the meantime I’ve been using the downtime (random studio pic included) to create some new paintings and a new flash set is in the works.

As I lay here in a hospital bed being fed a chemical cocktail staring at my own mortality, shocked by the horrible news of my dear friend Kenny’s passing. He was the first person I ever met from what would later become my neighborhood crew. He was the OG to a skinny little 17 year old punker kid who only knew how to get in trouble. He was as solid as they come, always having my back and even as the years progressed and everyone’s lives went different directions he always kept up, checked in and found the time to keep his friends close. Many a show seen together. Many hours talking and laughing at Spotlight whenever I’d tattoo him. He lived through the hell of the Paradise Fire, losing everything except his smile, sense of humor and connection to those he loved, and those of us who loved him back. Rest easy Kenny Kimmel aka Puppet LADS, you will be sorely missed. Say hello to everyone on the other side and save me a spot at the edge of the pit in the club of the afterlife.

First painting of ‘26 is recreation of a 1940s comic book cover with a shrunken head twist. 4’x3’. Got weird with this one. Haha

My final painting of ‘25, finished on NYE with only a few hours left before the new year. Bring on 2026, I’m gonna make it my bitch.

I’ve been on a social media hiatus recently, but still painting and tattooing daily. Made this one on Christmas night.

Had the privilege of murdering the new Bike Factory here in Honolulu with some of the homies. Put my partner in crime Rival R.I.P. up like old times.
