Friday, 7:50pm: Gwanggaeto vows to turn Yeon Salta’s sacrifice into a rallying cry to annihilate Houyan. Murong Xi promises high ranking posts to victorious generals. As Houyan gathers its troops around Yongseong, Goguryeo moves its forces covertly and takes Yuju.
Saturday, 7:50pm: Damdeok becomes greatly distressed upon hearing of Ha Muji’s death. Murong Xi leads the Houyan troops himself towards Goguryeo. In spite of Ko Un’s warning that Damdeok might be setting a trap, Murong Xi presses on.

Wednesday, 7:50pm: Kyung-su brings Sook-jung food only to be turned away by her. He tells Young-shin he felt bad seeing Sook-jung all alone eating. Young-shin feels bad seeing how sad Kyung-su is.
Thursday, 7:50pm: Jong-kwon tells Kyung-su that Min-kyung wants to set Young-shin up with a man but Young-shin shows no interest. Kyung-su tells Jong-kwon about Jung-hoon and how he grew up with Young-shin. Kyung-su also tells Jong-kwon that if he were to leave this world, he’d leave Young-shin in Jung-hoon’s care.

Monday, 7:45pm: Da Mi is determined to prove her innocence through a live broadcast but her enemies who want to conceal their dirty deeds stand in her way. Do Hyeok, riddled with guilt, helps her escape a mob who ambushes her in front of school.
Tuesday, 7:45pm: On the live broadcast, Da Mi goes down after a gunshot but her body is nowhere to be found. Only her adoptive father, Lee Whee So, is found at the scene, with a gun in his hand. Da Mi's grandfather, Bang Chil Sung, vows to find his granddaughter and announces a press conference.

ROOT OF THE THRONE
Episode 23 & 24 (Sun)
Today, 6:40pm: Jo Mi-su pleads with the king to reinstate Yi Yin-gyum. Ha Ryun is devastated when he gets the news of Yi Yin-gyum’s death. Da-kyung seeks out Jeok-ryong to get information on Ha Ryun.
Today, 7:50pm: An assassin’s failed attempt to kill Yi Seong-gye sends Bang-won looking for people who are out to kill his father. Bang-won inspects the assassin’s co**se and finds a suspicious looking mark on his body.

The year 2023 marks the 120th Korean Immigration to Hawaii and the 70th Anniversary of the Korea – US Alliance. To culminate the year long celebration, KBFD will be broadcasting a special documentary every Saturday starting this November 4th at 6:30 PM till the end of this year. The documentary covers several topics from early Korean immigrant life; the fight for Korean independence, K-food, Hangeul, Korean entertainment and Pansori. As generations move on, the unique stories passed from generation to generation are fading away. We feel the urgency to document and produce programming for future generations before the stories are forgotten.

GWANGGAETO

Friday, 7:50pm: Goguryeo and Houyan forces fight against each other relentlessly. Eventually outnumbered, Goguryeo forces retreat. Murong Xi and Damdeok end up in a fierce one-on-one battle. Damdeok faces grave danger and Seol Ji is unable to come to his rescue.
Saturday, 7:50pm: When his forces face a food shortage, Murong Xi turns into a tyrant and demands that the people give up their food. As the people face starvation, Ko Un gets concerned. Yeon Salta aims his arrow at Murong Xi.

Wednesday, 7:50pm: When Kyung-su doesn’t show up at the blind date, Sook-jung comes down on Young-shin. Kyung-su defends Young-shin. Sook-jung threatens to harass Young-shin if Kyung-su doesn’t do as asked. Kyung-su threatens to leave Sook-jung if Sook-jung disapproves Young-shin. Jung-hoon tells Kyung-su how he raised Young-shin that he can’t have that kind of relationship with her.
Thursday, 7:50pm: Jong-kwon tells Kyung-su that he’ll give the company to Kyung-su regardless of his relationship with Sook-jung. Kyung-su replies that he’ll decide when he gets his memory back. Kyung-su shows Jong-kwon Young-shin’s mother’s photo. Everyone welcomes Young-shin back at Jong-kwon’s. Young-shin tells Sook-jung she’s worse than a brute. Sook-jung puts up a guard when Young-shin tells Jong-kwon to hire a professional management.

Monday, 7:45pm: Greed takes precedence above all as a high schooler is pushed to the limit by her family as well as her alumni. Da Mi starts a new life with her birth mother La Hui. She leaves behind loving parents who’d give their life for her. She starts a new life in a new home, new school and with new friends.
Tuesday, 7:45pm: Da Mi messes with the wrong kids at her new school and her life takes a turn for the worst. Da Mi, newly dubbed Pompom, has a new set of troubles on her hands. Fake news turned her into a baby’s mama and the victim of an incestuous relationship. Everyone has turned on her. Can she prove her innocence?

ROOT OF THE THRONE
Episode 21 & 22 (Sun)
Today, 6:40pm: Yi Seong-gye’s repeated requests for withdrawal are denied. But Yi Seong-gye decides to withdraw and come back to the capital. The King orders to execute Yi Seong-gye’s two sons when he finds out Yi Seong-gye disobeyed him.
Today, 7:50pm: The King condemns Yi Seong-gye and his family as traitors and orders them to be arrested. Yi Seong-gye and his army breaks through the city gate and seizes the palace. A song goes around town that Yi Seong-gye will become king.

Gwanggaeto
Episodes 85 (Fri ); Episodes 86 (Sat)
Friday, 7:50pm: Cheongun soldiers escape from Houyan with Damju and Huwang in tow. Damju tries to save Huang from Feng Ba and his troops but is shot and killed by an arrow. An enraged Damdeok declares war on Houyan, and Hoyan forms an alliance with Beiwei.
Saturday, 7:50pm: Damdeok and Goguryeo forces set out to conquer Houyan. Damdeok uses the enormous supply of discovered armor to get Beiwei and Houyan to fight each other. As Houyan forces are losing, Ko Un suggests a special strategy to Murong Xi. When Houyan troops who were disguised as citizens attack, Damdeok is caught in a bind.

Wednesday, 7:50pm: Kyung-su asks Young-shin to date him. She replies she’s not interested in relationships and that there was a love of her life that didn’t work out. Kyung-su is envious of that man, not realizing she’s referring to him. Kyung-su still visits the restaurant where he feels at peace regardless of Young-shin’s refusal. Kyung-su asks Min-kyung about his accident and learns that he got hurt trying to rescue Young-shin.
Thursday, 7:50pm: Kyung-su asks Young-shin to eat together every day. He takes her to Da-jung’s and Se-jin invites him in. Sook-jung tells Kyung-su to go on a blind date. He refuses to oblige and tells all that he’s in love with Young-shin.
