by - We hate working in condos, but if we have to we do a great job as always! We took this tired “builder’s special” bathroom to the next level using affordable materials that made a large impact. I’m sure the new tenants will enjoy the improvements!

a couple of by - We did a couple of pretty standard remodels on these bathrooms for some wonderful repeat clients so they could enjoy their home well into retirement. It’s always great to solve problems and improve lives one project at a time!

by - What was once a grassy lawn made way for a two story addition so the homeowners could make more family and living room space and finally have a legit master suite. We also added a covered patio for usable outdoor space complete with nice lighting and ceiling detail!

We carried out their vision successfully and thoroughly enjoyed working on this one!

by - We tore these extremely dated one and a half bathrooms to shreds and built it back new. The tub had to go of course and having drywall on all surfaces along with recessed lighting elevated these spaces to the next level for years to come!

by - We transformed this dark, narrow hallway of a kitchen into a much more open and inviting place to spend time and be productive in.

A large freestanding island and buffet counter off to the side allows for more functionality and openness without sacrificing cabinet space, and with a net increase in counter space!

New buildout by - We built this ADU from the ground up to add massive value to this home. Nothing like creating a clean, functional, livable space for an awesome local family to enjoy for generations to come!
