What the heck is a BAOZZA!? Traditionally called ‘bao’ originating from Northern China cuisine, it is an Asian-style bun with fillings. Here in Hawaii, you might called them ‘manapuas’. Baozzas are a steamed, soft, and fluffy snack, basically like manapuas but with a whole variety of ways to prepare them and yummy inner fillings.
