The American Advertising Federation (AAF) Hawaii 2026 “Shining Star” Scholarship is now accepting applications! The scholarship is open to current full-time students of a Hawaii college or university and majoring in advertising or an advertising-related field such as Graphic or Web design, Marketing, Journalism, Communications, etc.🙌

⭐️ First place winner will receive a one-time scholarship of $2,000 to be used towards school-related expenses.�
⭐️ Second place winner will receive a one-time scholarship of $800 to be used towards school-related expenses.

For over 15 years, Matthew Honda has been crafting visual stories and brand strategies that connect. As Co-Founder, Managing Director, and Brand Strategist at Middle MGMT—a studio specializing in brand strategy, experience, and activation—Matthew has helped shape meaningful identities for local businesses and organizations of all sizes, while building and co-leading a team of creatives dedicated to producing impactful work.
