~ Nothing worse than losing a friend because they didn’t think they had anyone to talk to, so.....Even in my own struggles. Phone is always on, door is always open and a drink can easily be poured. Doing a real friend check. Support each other. I need eight people posting the message not sharing it, to show you’re always there when someone needs to talk. I have an idea of who will say done.

Blanched veggies - carrots, broccoli & spinach - the zucchini was raw with some spices & the crab had my homemade Hawaiian chili pepper juices YUM too wash it all down some H20

Mahalo All 4 the BEST WISHES ON my 70th Birthday - I don't feel like the age but sometimes wish I was younger to do MORE things! And to travel LONG distances......................but it's ALL GOOD -

NOW on with the "festivities" that I want 2 DO! Hubby is OFF today so it's an early morning to get ME a "ginger" lei than headed to Helena's 4 Velma's p**i kula than off 2 Kapahulu 2 try Ululani's Shave Ice next to Lenardo's Bakery (in the next shoppin' complex) & if the line isn't long some "malasadas" & home (Bcuz being my age I am going 2 have 2 visit w/ the "throne room"...................
There is nothing 2C in Waikiki - I do wish our brother Kalani was still here I could visit with him at his condo on the beach - Heaven is a bit 2 far & they won't let ME in YET......................

I pray 4 ALL good things & when the down comes that WE grace it with STRENGTH from Ke Akua & move forward!

2nd Dinner right now that's right Redondo sausages & eggs (I haven't had protégées sausages in a very long time

It's like any other day just a year older but I can honestly say I don't look 70 & outside from arthritis diabetes & other things I'm GOOD & LIFE IS GOOD - MAHALO KE AKUA
