Our Team is looking for an experienced Journeyman Carpenter/Project Manager who is able to manage multiple projects, and oversee all phases of construction and subcontractors.

Duties include:
- Knowledge of all parts of construction start to completion
- Basic framing and finish carpentry- Management of day to day field operation, including ensuring adequate manpower, materials and equipment to complete tasks and meet deadlines
- Forecast upcoming job phases and coordinate subcontractors
- Carry out directives from general contractor and designers on site
- Communicate and coordinate with general contractor, subcontractors and designers
- Operate basic hand-tools and equipments
- Maintain and clean and organized jobsite on a daily basis, including protection of finish services,
- Ensure a safe working environment on jobsite

Requirements:
- Minimum of 20 years experience in the construction field- MUST have Luxury, High-End Residential Construction experience
- Framing single family homes from start to finish
- Basic finish carpentry skills- High School diploma + Vocational School, College degree preferred, or equivalent experience
- Proficient in understanding building plans and specifications
- Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and enforcement
- Able to manage multiple, complex projects at the same time, including prioritization of work and deadlines
- Able to remain calm, focused, and effective under time pressure situations- Professional demeanor with good judgement and ability to retain confidential information
- MUST have reliable car and valid drivers license. Truck preferred but not necessary
- Prompt and reliable attendance - typical hours: Mon-Fri 7:30am - 4:30pm. Extended hours and weekends when need.
- Team Player with strong communication and leadership skills
- Commitment to high-quality, luxury level standards
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 50lbs
- Personal tools is desired, but not required
