Our anxious brain telling our body to be ready to fight, which tells our brain to continue to be on edge, and on and on and on. But we can intercept those messages. Yoga is all the time, everywhere, reminding ourselves when we safe and can relax.
I’m sure there would be more vegans in the world if everyone was more adventurous. There are so many amazing alternatives, even for athletes.
Stay soft, stay squishy, stay moveable.
Breathe.
