With oxtail marmalade, housemade piccalilli and warm Hawaiian sweet rolls, our signature roasted bone marrow is made for sharing.
Pair it with a side that quietly steals the show — grilled romaine with smoked butter beurre blanc, fresh dill, cured egg yolk, white fish roe, and Breadshop bread croutons.

Beyond these walls, CJ is representing Hawai‘i in the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs Best Young Sommelier Competition this week, where he just won SECOND PLACE!🙌🏽🥈
After this incredible achievement, he’ll be heading to the Finger Lakes region of New York in May to compete on the national stage.
