So many events this week! Tonight we’re at Japanese Cultural Center of Hawaiʻi (JCCH) • Oʻahu Nonprofit’s Nijikai event!

Did you know we have a tasting menu? It’s a curated selection of dishes that showcases our very special ingredients in creative ways. We start with caviar on a jammy OK Farms egg. It’s a luxurious start to a wonderful evening.

We often say that Hawaii has two seasons: mango season, and the rest of the year. shave ice is still available!

Start your evening with crab cakes! We serve ours with wasabi koji sauce — full of umami — and local heart of palm relish.

Enjoy the flavors and textures of our salmon & tofu salad, featuring Mountain View Farms Manoa lettuce, Ho Farms radishes, and Kona Limu sea grapes!

A highlight of any event should be our caviar cream puff!
