Hard to believe we're already wrapping up the first week of Academic Summer School for our K–8 students! ☀️

In Ms. Thurman’s and Ms. Tino's class, 5th and 6th graders put their curiosity to the test with a surface tension experiment, challenging themselves to see how many drops of water could fit on a single penny. The winning count? An impressive 108 drops! 💧

We can’t wait to see what next week brings!

Great Minds Academy at Assets High School is officially underway 🚀

Our STEM students recently stepped outside the classroom with a visit to the Institute for Astronomy at UH Mānoa, exploring real-world applications of science and discovery.

Back on campus, they and our entrepreneurship students connected with guest speakers from Central Pacific Bank, gaining insight into what it takes to fund and launch a business.

From innovation to entrepreneurship, our students are learning by doing and imagining what’s possible.
